Resetting the Production Environment Password

Important - By doing this procedure, all your configurations of the production environment will be lost.

In this article, we will see how to reconfigure the password of the production environment, because there is not an option for “Forgot my Password”. The only way to access, the production environment is in this case resetting the environment. This way, all the configurations and connections will be lost

To do this procedure, follow the steps below:

1 - You have to access this directory: ../_lib/conf

  • By doing a typical deployment, the default directory is: root server/deployment folder/_lib

2 - In the directory previously shown, there is two files:

  • You should rename or delete the file prod.config.php

3 - After deleting the file, just access the production environment and inform the default password.
