GLOBAL EMAIL FILTERS

GLOBAL EMAIL FILTERS

Global Email Filters is a cPanel feature that allows you to manage how the system handles emails received from a particular domain.

Step 1

  • 1. In your cPanel select “Global email filters”.

You will then be redirected to the page below which will list your filters (if any) and allow you to "Create a new filter".

    Step 2

  • 1. This filter will be applied to all emails in your account. Each filter must have a unique name so that the system can process it.

  • The first configuration of the “From” filter is to indicate which rule or rules will be processed. The second configuration of the “Contains” filter mentions how the selected term will be analyzed in the message.

  • Step 3
The “+” and “-” buttons in the right corner are for adding more rules and/or actions to be processed for the same filter. And finally, just click on “Create”.

    • Note: The item also gives you tips for using the filters, see the image:

        Hope this helps !
