GLOBAL EMAIL FILTERS

Global Email Filters is a feature of cPanel that allows you to manage how the system will handle emails received by a particular domain.

  1. 1.In your cPanel select “Global Email Filters”. You will then be redirected to the page below which will list your filters (if any) and allow you to "Create a new filter".

  2. 2.This filter will be applied to all emails from your account. Each filter must have a unique name for the system to process it.

  3. 3. The first configuration of the ”From” filter is to indicate which will be the rule or rules to be processed.

  4. 4. The second filter configuration “Contém” mentions how the selected term will be analyzed in the message.
  5. 5. Under “Actions”, you would define the setting regarding the Action or Actions that should be taken.
  6. 6. The “+” and “-” buttons on the right corner are for adding more rules and/or actions to be processed for the same filter. And finally, just click on “Create”.
