EXCEL Import:

To begin the process, choose the Database > Import EXCEL menu,

After this you will see a screen like the image below:

*Click "Select files"*  
Once the file is chosen, it will be loaded,

By clicking next, the file tables are listed:

Moving forward, we can choose which database will be imported tables:
